I like to write short films on the side. Usually dark comedies. My films have played some of the world's most prestigious film festivals including Sundance, Cannes and SXSW and have won numerous awards. A couple of them are even taught in film schools in both the US and the UK. In 2019 my short film A Reasonable Request was named one of the 30 best shorts of all time by The Irish Times, alongside works by Martin Scorsese, Michel Gondry and Wes Anderson. That felt pretty good.
